Products

Q: Are your products original?
A: Yes, here in Chamber Of Liquor all our products are 100% original.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Q: What's the difference between your products and Duty Free liquors?
A: Duty free are more focused in providing one size (1 Liter) products and different packaging design and version. Duty free and the products sold in the public market have different distribution paths. But for the content and taste of the drink remains the same.

Q: Why are the prices higher than Duty Free Alcohol?
A: Duty Free is a duty and tax free shop while our goods are subject to applicable taxes and duties according to the rules and regulations.

Q: Why I didn't receive any liquor filter or pourer?
A: Alcoholic beverages in Indonesia have standards that have been set by each brand holder. Therefore, products in each country can be different. Filters are mostly used in duty free, but can also be the same as official imports.

Q: Do you have an offline store? I would like to make a visit and purchase offline.
A: We do have an offline store, located in Jakarta and Tangerang. However, the product price in offline store may cost a little higher compared to online.

 

Shipping

Q: Do you ship cross island outside Java?
A: Yes, we ship all nationwide in Indonesia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Q: Is it safe to ship cross is?
A: We ensure to pack every order securely. For orders out of Java Island we recommend to add on wooden packing (JNE service) for a secure shipment process. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

Q: Can I choose Cash On Delivery (COD) method?
A: No, we only accept online payments done through our website when you checkout.

Q: Why hasn't my package arrive?
A: 
Please check the status of your shipment status directly to JNE’s Customer Service. Chamber Of Liquor does not have access to more detailed information. In addition, Chamber Of Liquor is not responsible for any delay or potential damage occurred after the shipment leaves our warehouse. If your package is marked as delivered within JNE tracking system, but you have not received it, please contact your receiving department. Failure of your receiving department is not the responsibility of Chamber Of Liquor.

Q: How long does it usually take to deliver to [location]?
A: 
Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Cross island deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For delivery fee and duration of the shipment are relatively different depending on the location and courier that you choose.

Please proceed through until checkout and choose your prefered delivery service. The total amount will be shown for final bill.
